
This list of names and surnames was found March 17, 1981 by prosecutors during the investigation into the alleged kidnapping of Michele Sindona in the factory "Gioli" Castiglion Fibocchi at Arezzo, owned by Licio Gelli. The list was made public by the Presidency of the Council until 21 May 1981. The committee
Anselmi and subsequent processes led to the discovery that some of the people whose names appeared on the list, however, were enrolled in the first loggia P2 Gelli management and many of the people on the list denied their participation in the Masonic Lodge or supported they have been enrolled without their knowledge by acquaintance.
Anselmi was made by the Commission suggested that the list found in Villa Wanda was not a complete list of members, and many other important members of the P2 are not able to get involved in the investigation after the discovery of the list. In the reconstruction of the Commission of Inquiry, to about a thousand of the list would be found to add those suspected of belonging to that top secret which Gelli was the link with the lodge. The same Gelli, in an interview on July 10, 1976 interview with the weekly L'Espresso, had spoken about two thousand four hundred members, including in the count even foreigners. In a book-length interview published in 2006, the former "Worshipful" continued to remain vague, simply repeated that the arrested Villa Wanda was just a "rough draft" and that he had failed to destroy the originals during the flight to Caracas.
Among the 932 members there were the names of 44 MPs, two Ministers of the then government, a party secretary, 12-general of the Carabinieri, the Guardia di Finanza 5 Overall, 22 general of the Italian Army, Air Force 4, 8 admirals, judges and various government officials, directors, and many officials of various intelligence services, as well as several journalists and entrepreneurs.
